P/T Accounts/Administrator wanted.
Down the woods runs Forest School providing outdoor opportunities for children in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities will include internet booking, invoicing, general bookkeeping and keeping on top of our accounts.
We are flexible in terms of working times. Initially a few hours a week, this is likely to increase and will be busier at invoicing times (generally towards the end of term).
We are looking for a highly organised miracle worker to kick us into line! Good communication skills and confidence in all aspects of bookkeeping essential. Everything else can be learnt.

Saturday “Down the Woods” Club
Spend some quality time “Down the Woods” with your kids.
(Parents and children attend together) £5 per child (Adults free!)
Lots of outdoor fun including creating with natural materials,
Shelter building and cooking.
10-12pm or 1-3pm first Saturday of the month-
6th July, 3rd August,
7th Sept, 5th October, 2nd November 2013.
At a private secret wood near St Albans.
